Marian Besaha (born in 1980) – a painter, lecturer, art expert, and cultural events manager. PhD in Art (2010), docent of the Departments of Academic Painting and Art Management (2012); head of the Department of International Relations at Lviv National Academy of Arts. 

Graduated from Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, MA with Distinction: Canvas Painting (2003). 

Cultural Scholarship of the Lviv Culture Department (2009). The Medal of Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków and the Second Prize at the 5th International Biennial Pastel Exhibition in Nowy Sącz (Poland) for a series of pastel drawings Presence. Art and Culture Studies Award of Lviv Regional State Administration (2015). The author of numerous articles in specialized literature in Ukraine and abroad.
